I don't see your connection between nudity and religiously sanctified marriage or any other kind of marriage. Thankfully, I don't consider nudity in art to be in bad taste. The first recorded liturgy of baptism, written down by Saint Hippolytus of Rome in his 'Apostolic Tradition', required men, women and children to remove all clothing, including all foreign objects such as jewelry and hair fastenings. This practice is reflected in early Christian art depicting baptism. What nudity there is in films here at IA is just so quaint to me, not at all a turn-on, even if it was so intended by the producers.

I probably did see my mother, and other family members, in various states of undress, and vice-versa. I don't recall because they weren't shocked or angry about it, and neither was I. It wasn't made into a big deal. Now if a nude or scantily dressed woman was walking down the street, and I was post-adolescent, well that's a horse of a different color. I'm far too sensible to have hangups, and I thank my parents for a good start on that. Peace.
